Developed by Vertical Ascents for the Northside climbers, this 12-week coaching and training program is designed to help you build better climbing sessions, find peak form with your climbing, train with purpose and make consistent progress.
This isn’t just a training plan – it’s a completely scalable system to improve your climbing for many seasons to come.

Yes. The program is designed around Northside’s specific walls and equipment, so you’ll need to climb in Northside gyms to participate.

Yes — the program is adapted to your current level. It’s suitable for climbers of all levels of experience.

You’ll receive an email on launch day. Click the link in that email, create your account, and log in to access the program.

No problem — you’ll still benefit from the program even if you miss a week or two. The system is designed to be educational as well as practical, so you won’t fall behind. If you have any concerns just chat with your coach.

There are two sessions per week, but this can be adjusted if it makes more sense for you and your schedule. The goal is to find a structure that fits your situation best.

You’ll pay via a secure link after completing the intake form. We accept all major cards.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before the program start date.
Once the program begins and you’ve received access to the materials, refunds are no longer available since the training system is released at that point.
