How It works

Here’s how the process works—step by step

  2. Pay $150 to join the 12-week training block

  3. Get your customized plan via TrueCoach

  4. Start training

  5. Follow your weekly sessions and track your progress

  6. Complete testing checkpoints throughout the 12 weeks to help refine your plan

  7. At the end of Week 12, you’ll have the option to continue to the next training block
